Caroline Bilodeau is an Administrator for the Business Operations group at ESPN, a division of the Sales and Marketing department. She currently manages the day to day logistics of a major technology upgrade, scheduled to conclude in 2011, that will improve the way networks’ signals are distributed to affiliates. More recently, she was responsible for creating efficiencies across the different divisions of Sales and Marketing by combining back office sales roles that performed similar functions (HR, Technology and Facilities). Bilodeau joined ESPN in 2003 and was responsible for all aspects of the operational management of the National Cable Television COOP (NCTC) account.
Caroline Bilodeau, a native of Québec, Canada, holds a B.A. in Professional Writing and Communications from Sherbrooke Université. She moved to San Francisco in 1997 and worked for Fairmont Hotels and Resorts where she held marketing and business development positions.
Caroline has been a member of WICT New England since 2003 and is in her second year of the executive position of Treasurer for the chapter. She previously managed the Mentoring program for the region. She resides in Plantsville, CT with her husband and their 4 year-old son.
