Carrie Struble is currently in her 10th year of service with Comcast. Starting in 2007 as a Change Management Analyst, Carrie is now a Director responsible for the National Change Management Program as well as supporting the internal Service Catalog. In Change Management, Carrie’s team reviews planned change activities to ensure stakeholder awareness, performs impact/conflict assessment and provides communication during maintenances. She works closely with the Audit and Automation team to evaluate the user experience of her customers from a tooling perspective and identifies areas where customers and support teams can gain value through automation. She constantly looks for areas within the overall Change Management lifecycle for optimization and improvements, aiming to make the program as valuable to Comcast as possible. A few of the Change Management initiatives Carrie is actively engaged in include Project Harmony, Change Execution Best Practices, and the Service Now migration.
Carrie is also responsible for the National Workflow Design Team, a team of engineers and analysts that develop the back-end workflow processes within the internal Service Catalog and provide overall technical support of the application. The Service Catalog serves as a one-stop shop for thousands of Comcast employees to request a variety of services, from ordering a new laptop to provisioning a server in a National Data Center. In both areas Carrie leads, she thoroughly enjoys listening the needs of her customers and strives to consistently deliver services that exceed expectations.
Outside of work, Carrie enjoys taking walks with her pit-bull Midas, participating in local 5Ks and half marathons, volunteering in her community and collecting vinyl records.
