Carrol Franklyn is the Director of Deployment Partnerships, Organizational Acceleration at Comcast. In her role at Comcast, Carrol partners with various business units to lead and deploy enterprise-wide technical and organization transformations that increase workforce productivity and influences the organization’s bottom line. She provides robust and best-in-class project management, business process optimization, and innovative solutions to complex and strategic initiatives – delivering on vision through ROI measurement.
Prior to joining Comcast in 2016, Carrol gained extensive global experiences and expertise in the ‘Big 4’ consulting space by providing professional services to Fortune 500 companies. In a consistently high performing PMO role, she has been instrumental in deploying full cycle enterprise system implementations, new product deployment, enterprise change management, and global digital strategy work that directly improved the success of the business and customer experience.
Carrol pursued her passion for Engineering at the University of Virginia and completed her Biomedical Engineering studies at Drexel University. She thoroughly enjoys exploring entrepreneurship hobbies and spending time with her husband and 2 kids.
