A 33 year employee of Comcast, Cathie got her start in Customer Service during the initial build of the Pittsburgh cable system, and currently works for Comcast Headquarters as Director of Billing Systems in the Technology and Product Organization. Because T&P’s focus is delivering technology that improves the customer experience, her role is a perfect fit for a ‘techie’ with a Customer Care background.
Much of Cathie’s time is spent working with the Comcast division and regional employees across the country on system deployments, data governance and issues resolution. She also works closely with Comcast Headquarters business units and external business partners, and manages a team of billing subject matter experts.
Cathie has been a WICT member since 2003, is active in Big Brothers Big Sisters, is a member of United Way Women’s Leadership Council and volunteers with Distinguished Doberman Rescue. She graduated from California State College and is a lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh area, where she enjoys gardening and playing ball with her best friend Kato.
