Cathy Davis is part of the XFINITY Mobile team, the newest product line offered by Comcast. As part of the launch team in Philadelphia, she is responsible for business policies which define the customer experience. The documented policies are referenced by the technology development process, training material, and external customer content. She works closely with the retail and call center teams to implement policies throughout the Comcast footprint while advocating consistent interactions between agents and customers. What is most rewarding to her in this current role is that she is able to make significant impacts to the business. She is passionate about being part of the growing business and disrupting the wireless industry.
Prior to joining Comcast, Cathy was a management consultant working for one of the big four consulting firms. She was part of the Mergers and Acquisitions advisory practice where she supported global clients with M&A transactions and process integrations. She often told people that she was called in to support when companies ‘get married’ and at times, when companies decide to ‘separate’. She enjoyed collaborating with her clients and sharing her expertise when it comes to transformational type of projects.
She grew up in Taiwan and is fluent in Mandarin. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University and her MBA from Boston University. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and traveling the world with her husband and 3 boys.
