Cheryl Ingram

Cheryl E. Ingram joined Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer in August 2007.

Prior to joining Turner, Cheryl served as Assistant Controller of financial reporting and accounting policy for Time Warner Inc., Turner’s parent company. During Cheryl’s years at Time Warner, her duties included supporting and evaluating solutions to accounting and reporting issues affecting Time Warner and its divisions; tracking new accounting standards and Securities and Exchange Commission rules and interpretations, and implementing corresponding policy; coordinating quarterly and annual public filings and debt and equity offerings; and forecasting various elements for Time Warner and the divisions.

Cheryl was with KPMG, LLP in assurance managerial capacities from 1990 through 1999, ultimately in New York as senior manager in KPMG’s national accounting office. She earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Northeast Missouri State University, where she also taught accounting for two years. She is a certified public accountant and currently serves as Vice Chairman on the Media Financial Management Association’s Board of Directors.
