Christina Romano is the Director of Offer Management, Finance for Comcast. Christina oversees the nationwide promotional offer delivery and support for Xfinity residential cable services. Christina’s team is responsible for offer planning and execution efforts across digital sales channels: Xfinity.com, Indirect Etail/Retail, Direct Sales and Inbound.
Christina started her career with Comcast over 5 years’ ago as a contractor during the infancy stages of digital cable sales. She grew a team and expanded the responsibility across new sales channels as Digital Order Entry became a company-wide initiative. Christina is currently spearheading the expansion of digital ordering systems across all sales channels, simplification strategies, process improvements and automation.
Prior to joining Comcast, Christina held marketing and operational sales positions with T-Mobile and Qdoba Mexican Grill.
