Christina currently serves as Director of Customer Relationships for the Comcast West Division team. In this role, Christina is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer relationships through both process and design by proactively identifying and resolving key issues that impact our customers as well as leading execution of the quality and customer survey programs throughout customer care. Christina also leads the West Division Executive Customer Relations team which ensures "white glove treatment" to executive referred customers and VIPs. This role aligns well with Christina’s professional passion to ensure we make our customers the central focal point of our business through collaboration, execution and excellence. Christina has been with Comcast over two years.
Christina came to Comcast from CenturyLink (formerly Qwest) where she held the role of Channel Strategy Manager – Customer Experience. In this role, she oversaw the consumer strategy/roadmap for end-to-end critical customer touch points to enhance customer loyalty. Prior to that, Christina held various engineering and project management positions at telecom start-up companies.
Christina holds a B. S., Industrial Engineering/Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
