Christine Cunningham is a Senior Human Resources Manager at Comcast. In her role, she works directly with the Regional Vice President of Human Resources to plan, design, and execute HR services and programs that are aligned with functional business strategies. She is responsible for partnering with regional senior leadership team and Human Resources team(s) to achieve organization and business alignment. She provides coaching to leaders regarding disciplinary actions and performance problems. She is also responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating Human Resources projects and initiatives impacting approximately 4,800 employees within the Florida Region.
Christine obtained her Master’s Degree in Human Resources & Organizational Development from Strayer University, and obtained both her SPHR and PMP Certifications in 2010. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. Christine is very passionate about advancing the HR profession, having served as a SHRM Certification Instructor at Northwood University for five years, preparing over 100 HR Professionals to successfully obtain their certification. She has also formed "HR for HR Professionals" on LinkedIn, where its current members have the opportunity to mentor or be mentored so that they can elevate their HR careers and share best practices. Christine currently serves as a Professional Academic Advisor for South University’s Business Program.
Christine resides in Florida with her husband, and is very active in her church, serving in the Media Ministry. She enjoys cruising and is very passionate about health and fitness.
