Christine Delestowicz is Field Manager, Distribution, for Crown Media Networks, the newly designated umbrella division housing Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel under parent company Crown Media Holdings, Inc.
Based in the company’s Chicago office, Delestowicz is responsible for developing and implementing targeted business-to-business marketing programs designed to build and sustain distribution for Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel across the country. She began her career with Crown Media Networks in 2002 as an executive assistant and moved her way up to her current post. Prior to joining Crown Media Networks, Delestowicz served as SWAT Manager of Affiliate Sales and Marketing in the central region for MTV Networks. In this capacity, she acted as the primary affiliate sales representative for cable systems with ten thousand subscribers and below for 25 states west of the Mississippi and was responsible for the distribution of 16 cable networks throughout the territory.
Delestowicz joined MTV Networks from CBS Cable – which merged with MTV Networks in 2000 – where she was Administrator of Affiliate Relations for the central region, supporting three affiliate representatives and the director in their regional distribution plans for two cable networks. She began her career as an account executive for Maclyn Group, a full-service marketing and advertising agency based in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Delestowicz served in various roles for Untied States Junior Chamber (Jaycees), where she assisted members to achieve personal success in the areas of business development, management skills, individual training, and community service. Among the organizations and causes she advocates are The Humane Society of the United States, the American Cancer Society, and Annie’s Legacy in Chicago. Delestowicz graduated with honors from Columbia College in Chicago, where she earned a B.A. in the Marketing Communications/Advertising Program and resides in the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.
