Christine Dzujna serves as the Senior Director, Compliance and Legal Affairs for Time Warner Cable. In this role, she is responsible for managing the company’s Ethics and Compliance Program, including rolling out annual ethics training to all employees, overseeing the company’s employee complaint hotline, conducting investigations, preparing reports for the TWC Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, and ensuring the company’s compliance with the requirements of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Ms. Dzujna also manages the company’s subpoena compliance and litigation support teams, and is responsible for implementing programs to combat online copyright infringement.
Ms. Dzujna joined Time Warner Cable in 1996 as a litigation paralegal in the Law Department and was promoted to Administrator, Legal Affairs in 2000, then to Manager, Legal Affairs in 2003 before being named Director in 2006. Before joining Time Warner Cable, Ms. Dzujna worked as a paralegal in a Bridgeport, Connecticut law firm.
Ms. Dzujna received a Bachelor’s degree in English, and an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. She was a founding member of Time Warner Cable’s Corporate Women’s Employee Network, chaired its Membership committee in 2011, and currently chairs its Communications committee. She is a member of the New York Chapter of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), and is a member of the Ethics and Compliance Officers Association. Ms. Dzujna resides in Stamford, CT with her partner, Myles.
