Christine Joy serves as Senior Marketing Sciences Manager for Comcast’s Central Division. In this role, Christine leads a team focused on growing subscriber connects and reducing customer churn through direct marketing tactics. Her team leads segmentation and targeting strategy, manages database development and provides analysis for both the residential and commercial sides of the business.
Since joining Comcast in 2012, Christine has helped to guide the strategic direction of direct mail, outbound telemarketing, bill messaging and email campaigns, and has been paramount in molding the reporting strategies that are used across the enterprise.
Prior to joining Comcast, Christine spent over five years in the advertising industry where she managed strategy, budgets and production operations for high-end hospitality clients.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida and is a 2015 graduate of Half the Sky, an executive leadership program for women. She is a member of both the Women’s Network at Comcast and Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), currently serving as a mentor to students at Georgia Tech for the 2015-2016 school year through WICT’s mentoring program.
In her free time Christine has a penchant for travel, whether it’s exploring her city of Atlanta or a weekend getaway someplace new. She loves trying new restaurants and staying up on the local dining scene, serving as the go-to resource for her friends and family. She is also on the Hospitality Committee for her neighborhood’s HOA and enjoys running 5Ks every Saturday as a way to support different local charities each week.
