Christy
Genenbacher is the Manager of Program Management for Suddenlink Communications
in the Southwest region covering Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California
where she oversees a multitude of varies types of projects along with a team of
project managers. She is actively involved is process improvement throughout
the company from project management best practices to KPI improvement methods.
Christy’s other duties include, but are not limited to; managing internal
network upgrades to business sales installation projects. Christy has a
combined eleven years’ experience in the Telecommunications and Cable Industry
starting as a Manager Trainee directly out of college to a regional Engineering
Manager. These paths allowed her to not only learn the details within the
business but to also lead people and manage processes in an effective manner.
Christy is a proud graduate of Texas Tech
University where she earned her BBA in Business Management. She is currently serving as the Communication
Chair for the WICT Greater Texas board and is an active part of the local
community. In her spare time, she and
her husband are typically attending a sporting event watching their son or
daughter play baseball, volleyball or basketball.
