Cindy Pawliske is the Director of Business Operations for Mediacom Communication’s Business Services division at their corporate location headquartered in Middletown, NY. In this role, Cindy is responsible for managing the department’s revenue forecasts and budgets, monitoring operating and capital expenditures, and providing key financial analyses. Cindy works with Mediacom’s 5 regions to standardize process and procedures for operational controls, audit reports, and financial reporting.
Cindy started working at Mediacom 7 years ago as a Staff Accountant. Since gaining valuable experience in SOX controls and P&L development, she has held various roles in the company of increasing responsibility including reporting directly to the COO providing financial support for all operations. Cindy was selected to attend CTAM University in 2012 at which she gained valuable insight into how to use marketing knowledge within the industry to drive business results.
Cindy received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She currently resides in Orange County, NY with her husband and two children.
