Colleen Rooney serves as Senior Director of Corporate Communications for Comcast Corporation. In this role, Colleen is responsible for developing Comcast’s overall internal communication strategy, including integration communication. As a member of the company’s leadership team, she partners with other leaders throughout the company to ensure that all internal communications are closely aligned with the company’s vision, business goals, and core values.
Prior to joining Comcast, Colleen worked in external and internal communication positions at GE, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and Caesars Hotels and Casinos. She is an active volunteer for the Equality Forum, and executive volunteer for Comcast Cares Day.
Colleen earned a BA in Communications/Journalism from Lynchburg College and an MS in Organization Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
