Corinne Walker is Director of Enterprise Customer Care for Comcast Business. In this role, her primary responsibilities include strategic planning, performance management and oversight of a 400 person multi-site national technical support service assurance organization serving Mid-Market and Enterprise Services customers.
As a seasoned Customer Service veteran, Corinne joined Comcast Business in 2010 as a manager in the West Division Technical Support team. Corinne’s main focus was fostering growth and building an operationally efficient organization as Business Services began its expansion across the West. She then spent several years of increasingly diverse responsibility within the West Division SMB Care and Order Management operation. Corinne joined the Mid Market Business Services team in Spring 2015 as a Senior Manager of Enterprise Care managing teams in both our Naperville and Denver care centers. Corinne’s proven track and innovative leadership approach has been the catalyst to several Mid Market business initiatives that have directly had a positive impact on employee / customer experience not to mention growth in overall NPS within the Enterprise Customer Care team.
Prior to joining Comcast, Corinne spent 12 years at DIRECTV where she served in various leadership roles including the support of back office departments and vendor relationships.
Corinne attended Washington State University on a full ride scholarship for soccer. She lives in Colorado with her husband, 2 daughters, and 2 corgis and enjoys spending her time in the outdoors.
