Crystal Allen, is currently a Senior Marketing Manager for CSG. Her role involves leading and developing strategic account-based marketing programs designed to advance CSG’s competitive market position and brand reputation.
Prior to joining CSG, Crystal managed strategic marketing efforts for a data analytics and process engineering firm that assisted tier one cable operators recognize and implement improvements across operations, customer care, supply chain and marketing. Later, she embraced the challenge of leading and mentoring an inexperienced marketing team for a rural telecommunications provider, helping grow their customer base and revenue across five states and various market segments.
Since entering the cable and satellite industry, Crystal has served in several leadership positions including the Rocky Mountain Cable Association board of directors and involvement with many charities in the greater Denver area. In addition, she is very passionate about mentoring and developing other young women.
Crystal is a native to Colorado and enjoys spending her free time exploring the great outdoors. You can find her enamored by her bulldog Lou, enjoying live country music and travelling with her husband, David.
