Crystal became certified by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program in 2015. Then, in 2016, Crystal launched her own business, Shape Your Success Coaching, where she serves clients locally and nationally to help them create career paths that are right for them.
