Crystal Morales

​Crystal Morales is Vice President,
Business Affairs, for Turner Entertainment Networks (TEN), a Time Warner
company.  Crystal has worked as a business affairs executive for multiple
Time Warner companies and brands for nearly 12 years, first for Warner Bros.
Television, then for the Cartoon Network , and most recently for the Turner
Entertainment Networks’ brands, including TNT and TBS.  Crystal negotiates
myriad deals on behalf of the studio for the development and production of all
forms of original content, including scripted and non-scripted
programming.  She also negotiates license deals for first-run content and
distribution on behalf of the networks, also across genres.  Over the
years Crystal has closed many profile deals, and developed relationships with
Hollywood rainmakers.  Her role also requires daily management of
creative, production and business clients, both internal and external to the
company.  With TEN’s commitment to growing its original content business,
Crystal’s senior executives look to her to execute on the daily, and to steward
complex matters, as well as for strategic and tactical insights for managing
and growing the studio business. 

 

Prior to working in Business
Affairs, Crystal worked for the Walt Disney Company, as a program attorney for
Touchstone Television and the ABC Network’s talent diversity programs. 
Prior to working in Hollywood, Crystal worked as an attorney in the
transactional department of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich and Rosati, a law firm in
the Silicon Valley with clients on the cutting edge of entertainment and
technology.  She graduated Howard University School of Law (cum laude)
and Yale College.  A Manhattan native, Crystal, her husband and their
identical twin daughters now reside in Altadena, California.
