Cyndee Everman

Cyndee Everman is the Vice President of Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Marketing and Care Tools for the Technology Services Group of the corporate office of Time Warner Cable. She started her cable career with Warner Amex Communications in 1981, as part of a team charged with implementing the two-way interactive cable system, “Qube”. In her time with what is now Time Warner Cable, Cyndee has been actively involved in the deployment of systems to support new products and services, with an emphasis on customer care, marketing and billing systems.

Most recently, Cyndee’s focus has been around building and deploying systems to support Time Warner Cable Customer Value Creation (CVC) program, targeted at providing enhanced database marketing and campaign management technologies to division, region, and corporate marketing users. The program also includes the creation and deployment of  the “Advanced  Agent Desktop” product to give customer service representatives a “360 degree view” of the customer, while also helping to facilitate cross-sell, upsell and retention type offer management..

In addition, Cyndee has been involved with helping the new regional operations of Time Warner Cable form their regional customer care and billing system strategies to enable many operational efficiencies such as call center sharing, and the creation of common knowledge bases, etc.

Cyndee was nominated for the Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT) Walk of Fame in 2003, and is the past President of the WICT Carolinas Chapter. When nominated for the WICT Walk of Fame several years ago, Cyndee’s team at Time Warner Cable described her management style as very natural and effective, and say her approach revolves around team work. She believes in building a strong team by empowering and involving employees at all levels of the organization, and encourages everyone to find their passion.

She is the recipient of the prestigious 2008 Women in Technology Award, presented in partnership with Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) and Communications Technology magazine.
