As Vice President, Human Resource Operations at Charter Communications, Cynthia is responsible for deploying strategies to attract and retain outstanding Product Management leaders and to position Charter as a premier technology employer in the Denver market.
Cynthia currently serves as President of Women In Cable Telecom (WICT) Rocky Mountain chapter. In this role, she oversees the executive board responsible for programs and events that deliver on WICT’s mission to create bold, self-empowered leaders through advocacy and leadership training.
