Cynthia Cross

Cynthia Cross first joined Cox Business, the commercial division of Cox Communications, in 2007.  Her first four years were spent as a Senior Account Executive handling Hospitality and VIP accounts.  In 2011, Cynthia transitioned into sales leadership and led the SMB team, small and mid-size business, for several years.  She was promoted in 2017, to take on management of an enterprise sales team responsible for Banking, Government, and Education verticals as well as VIP accounts.

Prior to joining Cox Business, Cynthia was a Sales Executive with newspapers and a commercial insurance firm.  In these sales roles she generated new business sales and maintained the customer base and relationships with SMB and Enterprise accounts.

An active community volunteer, Cynthia enjoys giving back.  She has been involved with numerous organizations and currently holds board positions with Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and Junior League of Wichita, Inc. (JLW).

Cynthia was born and raised in Iowa. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management from Wartburg College, in Waverly, Iowa.  She moved to Kansas immediately following college graduation and still calls it home today with her husband, three kids and two large dogs.  Cynthia loves spending time with her family and friends on the water, running with her dogs, singing, dancing, and cheering for Iowa Hawkeye Football.
