Cindy Stepp is a Director of Human Resources for Business Services. In this role, Cindy supports her Senior Leadership Team with performance management, employee engagement and with planning and development of key strategic Business Services initiatives.
Cindy has been with Comcast for 7 years. Prior to Comcast, Cindy’s primary areas of focus and expertise has been in training, recruiting and Human Resources management for over 15 years.
Cindy received her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Colorado State University. Cindy lives in Colorado with her husband Steve and daughter Morgan.
