Dana Cox joined the Time Warner Cable Commercial Services team in 2009, as the Director of Commercial Operations. She has 4 teams covering order management, support and operational reporting. Her operational responsibilities include day-to-day support of Business Class Mobile and Voice Trunk products for the TWC National footprint and Regional Order Management for the Midwest market. Her support teams are accountable for driving operational effectiveness and efficiencies to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction with a reporting team that provides compliance and key performance indicator measurements.
Dana is a telecom veteran who has supported the cable industry from her time at Sprint managing implementations of VOIP products with Sprint’s VOIP partners. In addition, her role as VOIP Reporting Manager developing Service Level Agreement reporting for the launched VOIP products has placed her as a strong leader for TWC’s transition to a CLEC.
Dana resides in the DC area and has two sons studying Engineering at Kansas State University.
