Dana Crandall is Division Vice President, Customer Experience for Comcast West Division. In this role, she is responsible for dramatically transforming the residential customer experience for the West Division’s $13 billion enterprise. This work entails re-engineering business processes, technology, and culture for residential customers. Over the last year, there has been dramatic improvement in Net Promoter Score and related customer indices.
Filip-Crandall has more than 25 years of experience in executive management and global operations. Prior to joining Comcast, she was Managing Director and Chief Information Officer of British Telecom (BT). In this role, she oversaw software development and management of the network and information technology infrastructure that supported UK and global services for customers generating 20B sterling in revenues.
Prior to BT Crandall held a variety of roles at Qwest Communications (now CenturyLink) including Vice President, Network Staff and Center Operations; Vice President, Sales Support Operations; Senior Vice President, Worldwide Customer Service; and Vice President, Transmission Engineering and Access Management.
Crandall also serves on the Board of Directors for First Interstate Bank headquarter in Billings Montana; serving as Chair for Technology and member of the Audit Committee.
Crandall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Denver and a Master in Business Administration degree from Northwestern University–Kellogg School of Management.
