As Assistant Collections Manager for Insight Communications, Dana provides support to the Nonpay and Bad Debt Management team, company-wide, in parts of Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. Prior to her current role in collections, she served as Telesales Manager for the Lexington Kentucky district and formerly served another industry-leading MSO first as Marketing Coordinator then as Direct Sales Supervisor, earning the honor of Top Direct Sales Supervisor in 2007.
