Dana Kirchman

Dana Kirchman is an executive coach and team facilitator who combines 20 years of management experience with a personalized, focused and aspirational coaching approach.  Dana works with C-level and senior executives to create change, stretch out of their comfort zone and define authentic paths to reach future goals.

 

Dana brings a combination of business acumen and counseling skill to her client work. She helps leaders improve their decision-making, innovate with resilience as the market changes, grow new talent and present vision and strategy to key clients and corporate sponsors.  Dana also facilitates group learning on topics such as team dynamics, global adaptability, leading creative teams, role accountability and culture change. 

 

Dana works closely with executives in Fortune-500 and startup environments, in media, technology, and leading brands.  She enjoys facilitating global teams and has worked with clients in the UK, France, India, Mexico, Finland and other countries.  She has also worked with social entrepreneurs and not-for-profit institutions.  Before launching her coaching practice in 2010, Dana held global product and channel leadership roles at Viacom / MTV Networks and American Express.  She began her career at McKinsey & Company, as a management consultant in the Media Practice and Corporate Finance practice.
