Danielle Arnold

Danielle Arnold is Senior Manager, Finance for Sprout®, the first 24-hour preschool destination available on TV, on demand and online for kids ages 2-5 and their parents and caregivers.  An accomplished professional with 11 years of experience in finance and accounting, Danielle is responsible for managing a multimillion dollar expense budget and all elements of company compensation for Sprout departments, including programming, broadcast operations and digital media, in addition to all revenue streams for ad sales and affiliate sales.  Additionally, she is responsible for monthly and quarterly financial reporting and assisting with the network’s financial planning process for budget, forecast and long-range plans.

In this role, Danielle was instrumental in the development and implementation of ReQlogic, a new purchase order system, within the marketing and digital media departments.  

Prior to joining Sprout, Danielle served for five years at Madison Square Garden in New York City in various roles of increasing responsibility.  Most recently, as Project Manager, Building Operations, she was responsible for managing and controlling all capital improvement projects for the Madison Square Garden and Radio City Music Hall facilities departments.  Prior to that, Danielle managed the financial reporting, budgeting and consolidation of various sports and entertainment events held at MSG, annually. 

Danielle holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The George Washington University.  Danielle was recognized in 2009 as a member of Comcast’s Developing Future Leaders Program, a program which provides an opportunity for individual contributors to enhance their leadership skills and prepare them for future leadership opportunities.   She is also a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), volunteers for the Lupus Foundation of America, Inc., Philadelphia Tri-State Chapter, and acts as Treasurer of her Condominium Association. She and her husband live in Merion Station, PA with their son.
