Danielle McAdams was recently promoted to Manager of Programs, Engagement and Analytics for Comcast’s Community Impact department. In this role, she is responsible for managing the Comcast Leaders and Achievers® Scholarship Program, Comcast Cares volunteer projects for employees in the Greater Philadelphia area, and Comcast’s new nonprofit board service program designed for senior leaders.
In addition to her work responsibilities, Danielle is passionate about women’s empowerment and volunteerism in her local community. She currently serves as the Community Service Co-Lead on the Leadership Team for Comcast’s Philadelphia Chapter of the Women’s Network Employee Resource Group and has volunteered regularly at the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House for the last eight years. Additionally, she is a recent graduate and advocate for WICT Greater Philadelphia’s Mentoring Circle Program.
Prior to joining Comcast in November 2017, Danielle worked at the University of Pennsylvania in various roles, including most recently as the Business Administrator for The Annenberg Public Policy Center (APPC), the premier communication policy center in the country. While at APPC, Danielle oversaw all budgetary and expense reporting, as well as managed the federal grant portfolio.
Danielle has earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Danielle and her family live in Philadelphia, where there is no shortage of love, laughter, and books.
