As a property manager for Cox Communications’ Southwest Region, Dawn Imbriale supervises over 650,000 square feet of office, retail, warehouse and technical space in Arizona, providing master planning, space planning, project management and vendor coordination, along with everyday facility maintenance and request coordination in Real Estate Operations. Dawn is also responsible for managing new design and construction projects, both large and small scale, including the financial aspects of the projects and the procurement of FF&E.
Ms. Imbriale’s background includes more than 25 years in the design field, specializing in office design and space planning, and approximately 10 of those years working in the Telecommunication industry. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Design Science degree with an emphasis on Interior Architecture from Arizona State University and has a Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designation from BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association).
Dawn has been an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications since 2009, and currently serves on the Executive Board of the New Mexico & Arizona chapter as Treasurer. In her spare time she enjoys weekend trips to the beach in Puerto Penasco, Mexico and playing golf with her husband.
