Deanna Hornback

A resident of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Deanna began her cable career over 19 years ago in Grove, Oklahoma as a Customer Service Representative. She was promoted to Office Manager of the Grove system in 1994, overseeing a 2,700 subscriber base.  In 2004, Deanna relocated to Jonesboro, Arkansas to become the General Manager of the Jonesboro, Newport and Pocahontas Suddenlink systems. She currently oversees all technical and retail store operations for the Suddenlink systems, managing over 55 employees and a subscriber base of over 25,000. During her tenure, her systems have consistently been among the top performing systems in the Mid South Region in both the technical and retail store operations.

Deanna helped develop and is a member of the Green Team, Suddenlink’s award-winning Public Relations Task Force that developed the company’s signature Suddenlink eCycling. The program provides area residents with an environmentally-safe way to recycle electronic equipment. The Jonesboro eCycling program earned the team a Beacon award in 2010 and a CableFax Top Ops award 2011 for System Community Service.

Deanna is also a member of Jonesboro Business and Professional Women, Women in Cable Telecommunications, Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers and a board member of the North East Arkansas Children’s Advocacy Center. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, scrapbooking, sewing, swimming and shopping. Deanna and her husband Jeff have 4 children and one grandchild.
