Debbie Rocco is currently Comcast’s West Division Senior Director of Comcast University were she leads a 130+ member divisional training team. Debbie partners with West Division and Market Leadership teams to provide training to 13,000+ employees in seven states. Previously, Debbie was the Market Director of Learning and Development for the Dallas Market of AT&T Broadband where she designed training strategy for the team responsible for the implementation of leadership, customer care, and technical and sales training activities. Also with AT&T Broadband, Debbie served as Corporate Director of Leadership and Organizational Development where she led the team responsible for the design and implementation of the national leadership training strategy. Prior to this role, Debbie was the Manager of Leadership Recruitment for MediaOne Group (later acquired by AT&T Broadband). Prior to her years in the cable industry, Debbie was the Assistant Dean for Career Placement at University of Denver’ Daniels College of Business and served on the senior management team there. She began her career as a writer for Prescription Learning, a computer-based thematic language arts curriculum provider. Debbie received her Bachelor of Social Work and her Master of Education in Human Resource Development from Colorado State University. Debbie holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and is a certified executive coach. |
