Debbie Schoemann is a results focused operations director with over 30 years in the cable industry. She began her career in front line roles in customer service, sales support and then as a field technician. This diverse background provided great experience and knowledge which contributed to her success as she progressed through increasing levels of management from a Field technician supervisor to her most recent role as Regional Operations Center Director. Currently, she is responsible for providing leadership and setting strategic direction for the West Region ROC team. She puts a strong emphasis on developing her team and on collaborating with region and corporate leaders to ensure the best possible outcomes.
She currently resides in Orange County, California with her wife and their two German shepherds. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
