As a Director of Sales for Suddenlink Media, Debby Buggs, works to inspire the success of 7 Sales Managers and their Teams in Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi and Texas.
Debby began this career in television sales as an Account Executive with KXAS Television, the NBC O&O in Dallas-Ft. Worth. Building on terrific experiences as Local, Regional and National Sales Manager with broadcast stations in Austin, TX to New Orleans to Baton Rouge- Debby Buggs joined Comcast Spotlight as a Sales Manager in 1998 for their Baltimore and later Washington, DC Regions. Teams managed by Debby Buggs received multiple sales awards for performance to revenue goals during her time with Comcast Spotlight. Debby’s Teams and Managers were also part of one of the nation’s premier cable ad sales interconnects- The Washington DC Interconnect.
The next professional transition was as General Manager for Cox Media, based in Roanoke VA then to Suddenlink Media in 2007.
Debby Buggs is a Texas Christian University (Ft. Worth, TX) graduate and as a result- a huge Horned Frogs, the TCU mascot, fan. She is an active volunteer for Chambers of Commerce in multiple markets. Debby also volunteers as an instructor for college level marketing courses-most recently with Arkansas State University with a focus on Media Placement/Buying.
Debby lives in Bossier City, LA and Melissa, TX. She loves dogs and horses.
