Debi Habkirk

As Director of Technical Support for Comcast Business, Debi leads efforts in Vendor Management and Quality Initiatives across all Divisions.  In this role, Debi focuses on implementing, measuring, and refining programs that improve the overall customer experience and deliver a consistent experience across various internal and outsources centers.  Debi is based out of Centennial CO, but spends a portion of her time on the road at the various vendor sites.

Debi started as a Technical Support Agent and progressed through many roles and responsibilities in her 20+ year career.  Debi has held increasing leadership roles in Dispatch, Payment Centers, Technical Support, Process Management, Service Delivery Operations, and Vendor Relations in both the Residential and Commercial product space.  Her drive to deliver best in class service to our customers through various initiatives has led to her steady career growth over the years. 

Her current role, allows her to flex many attributes of her background, supporting vendors in CARE, Service Delivery, and Special Projects as well as leading initiatives such as Quality Monitoring and Voice of the Customer Programs.

Debi recently made the move from Northern California to Colorado to expand her career from the regional focus to the corporate focus.
