Deborah Cole

Debby Cole is the Director for the Network and Operations Support Service Delivery Office for Time Warner Cable. In her current role, Debby is responsible for leading multiple teams that manage services for the Business and Home Phone Product such as E9-1-1, Telephone Number Inventory Management and Rate Center Planning.  Debby’s career in the cable industry began 7 years ago with Time Warner Cable.  She has held several positions in Commercial and Residential Operations Support.

Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Debby held positions at By Light Professional IT Services in support of classified DOD Contracts.   As Vice President of Contracts at PS COMM, she provided oversight on negotiations of corporate contracts associated with Public Safety Communications.   Debby managed 9-1-1 Planning and Carrier Relations at Teligent and 911 Planning and Customer Provisioning at Net2000.   As a Business Development Manager at AT&T, Debby oversaw the development and implementation of the Nation’s first 3-1-1 Non-Emergency Service in Baltimore, Maryland.

Debby is an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications and has been a volunteer at multiple events.  She is a core team member of the Herndon Chapter of Time Warner Cable’s Connect A Million Minds Mentoring Program which focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math for elementary school students.  She has also implemented a Reading Mentor Program with a local elementary school in Herndon Virginia. 

Debby resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and family.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
