Debbie has a diverse background in human resources leading many functions to include HR Business Strategy, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Compensation, Benefits, Organizational Design, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Safety and Payroll functions. While at Cox, Debbie has held various HR leadership positions focusing on providing strategic direction to the business on human resources strategies and aligning objectives and programs to drive positive business results. In Debbie’s current role, she serves as a Strategic HR Business partner providing Human Resources guidance to Customer Care on HR Strategy, workforce planning, talent management and overall human resources to drive the needs of the business. Debbie partners closely with senior leadership for the Care function which spans across 10 + states.
Prior to joining Cox, Debbie worked at Mutual of Omaha where she was responsible for a team of HR Generalists focusing on delivering on objectives. Debbie has a passion for providing a quality employee experience while delivering customer driven results for the business. Debbie is active in her community and serves on the Board of Directors for Child Savings Institute where she has a passion for helping children in need.
