Deborah Horan is the Director of Business Development for the ARRIS Assurance Group. In this capacity she is responsible for strategic planning, sales growth and channel development for Mobile Workforce Management and Network Monitoring software products and services for the Assurance business unit. Since 2008 she has worked in the telecommunications and cable industry focused on software sales in broadband communications. Prior to this Deborah spent 15 years as a sales professional in high tech software, hardware and services with progressive experience as an individual contributor, manager, and director. Since joining ARRIS Deborah has developed a partner program for Professional Services to enable the change management required to recognize the full potential of the network and workforce management solutions offered by ARRIS.
Deborah has global responsibility for supporting Assurance sales opportunities. As a subject matter expert she coordinates business unit resources, creates and delivers compelling presentations, and helps the sales teams craft proposals according to the needs of the customer.
In 1993 Deborah completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Liberal Arts from Regents College, Albany, NY. In 1990 she was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force.
Deborah is a hospice volunteer and, on the lighter side, supports the summer music festival in her community with her husband. They reside in Warren, Oregon, where Deborah also enjoys gardening, crafts and training her two Portuguese Water Dogs, Chip and Charlie.
