Debbie has been in the Telecommunications industry for over 20 years, working the first 15 years at Sprint International/Global One, and the past five years at Time Warner Cable. Debbie’s current role is Sr. Operations Support manager leading the Service Delivery team, supporting voice, data, and video products for all TWC residential and commercial customers. In this role, she interfaces with the senior leadership team in the development of operational interface agreements with major carriers.
Debbie began her career as a Network Operations Technician and was soon promoted to Operations Supervisor and then again to Network Operations Group Manager, maintaining three International Network Management Centers. Debbie joined Time Warner Cable as Operations Support Manager for Commercial Services where she was responsible for the development of operational requirements for commercial products and services, and the integration of standard operating models for all commercial products nationally and regionally.
