Dency Gonzalez

Dency is an Optimum Store Manager for Cablevision.  In her role, Dency oversees the operations of two Optimum Stores in the New Jersey Region.  Dency is responsible for elevating the external Customer Service Experience brand status, strengthening the Customer Service model and improving employee engagement through coaching, training and development.  A daily priority is her consistent level of focus on customer engagement and providing a superior Customer Experience.  Dency is innovative with a philosophy of reinventing herself.  She is driven by the challenges of building on her ideas that produce operational enhancements.  Dency is workings with the development teams designing new Company tools and procedures to improve the Optimum Store Operations.

 

In her spare time, Dency loves to spend time with her grandson.  She also loves sports, Soccer and Football being her favorites.  Dency was originally born in Colombia S.A and currently lives in New Jersey.
