Deserae Peck is a Billing Operations Manager at Sparklight, where she has worked for the last 18 years. She has 22 years overall in the cable and telecommunications industry, including MCI, Telequest, and American Communications. She is passionate about process improvement, leading large-scale changes from concept to launch, and the start-up of new functional teams. She has a passion for solving complex problems and an ability to recognize the impacts to all areas of the business. She sets her teams up to be successful by aligning their skill sets with opportunities for additional responsibility and development.
Deserae moved to Phoenix in 2003 to assist in the start-up of the centralized Customer Care Center. She has since achieved several leadership roles within Sparklight including, Customer Care Center Senior/Lead Supervisor, piloted the save-a-sub program resulting in a company retention team, Billing Conversion SME Super User, Billing Operations Manager for the NorthEast Division overseeing 20 million dollars in invoices monthly, and her current role as a Billing Operations Manager overseeing the billing application development and process improvement.
Outside of work, Deserae collects stamps on her passport, traveling as often as possible. She is also a certified scuba diver and novice skier.
