Diahna James is Senior Manager of Xfinity Internet and Voice Product Management at Comcast headquarters. In her current role, she develops business cases, identifying new revenue and subscriber opportunities, and deploys new products to extend the Internet and Voice businesses. In Diahna’s two years at Comcast, she has performed a wide variety of analyses and led new product and platform launches. She also serves on an internal committee which leverages employee feedback to implement organizational improvements, and was recently selected for a highly competitive mentorship program at Comcast.
Prior to joining Comcast, Diahna pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania due to a desire to merge her interests in business and technology. Diahna also spent 8 years in diverse television and advertising roles. She began her career in Los Angeles in the prestigious NBC Page Program. She later performed ratings and guest research for the Ellen DeGeneres Show, executed brand-engagement campaigns which increased purchase intent for global technology brands at Current TV, and grew revenues of a Houston-based advertising company. Diahna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Television Studies from Dartmouth College.
Diahna lives in Philadelphia with her fiancé. She enjoys traveling and has vacationed or worked in countries on six of seven continents. She is also passionate about outdoor activities, event-planning and mentoring. In addition, she serves on the board of the Dartmouth Club of Philadelphia where she plans the annual holiday party and volunteers with local charities.
