Diana Gibbs

Diana is currently the Senior Manager of Product Insights & Analytics at Cox Communications in Atlanta, GA. With over 10 years of analytics experience, she is passionate about leveraging data to provide actionable insights that produce tangible business value.

In her current role, Diana leads the strategy and execution of metrics, reporting, and analytics for Cox’s residential products and services. She leads a team that is responsible for analytic initiatives that support optimal decision making across the Product Development & Management organization. The scope of her team’s support spans the residential product portfolio, including residential broadband, phone, Wi-Fi service, and diversity products. While in this role, Diana has supported a wide variety of key product launches to measure performance against opportunities, goals, and business case objectives.

Prior to joining Cox Communications, Diana was an analytics consultant at comScore Inc., where she led large cross-functional teams in the execution of multi-million-dollar projects.

Diana graduated from Duke University with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and friends in Atlanta, gardening, playing bridge, and traveling abroad. She is also an avid reader and fan of Architectural Digest, fostering her interest in interior design and architecture, and has spent much of her time outside of work this past year renovating her new home in Candler Park, Atlanta.
