Diana graduated from Philadelphia University (now known as Jefferson University) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in the state of Pennsylvania.
Right out of college she spent 4 years in external audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers performing audits and financial statement review for compliance with SEC Regulations and GAAP.
In her next role she joined Crown Holdings Inc as an Internal Auditor traveling all across the Western Hemisphere (American cities, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Columbia) performing operational and financial audits at various manufacturing plants. She completed the Crown 2012 Management Development and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Programs.
After 7 years of audit she was ready for an accounting role and started with Comcast in 2013 as a Senior Accountant in the Cable National Accounting Organization completing month end close responsibilities such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. After a year she was promoted to Accounting Supervisor in the same department focusing more on process improvement.
She moved on to her current role at Comcast in June 2017 as Accounting Manager of Enterprise Accounts Receivable COE in Comcast Business. On the operations side they are heavily focused on the customer experience as they manage the posting of activity on customer accounts. On the accounting side they forecast and report on bad debt, perform reconciliations and journal entries, as well as analyze activity affecting the accounts receivable balance. She leads many process improvement initiatives and system enhancements to gain efficiencies and enhance communications and reporting to internal and external customers.
