Dina Galeotafiore serves as Vice President of Field Operations and Recruitment. In this dual role, Dina leads all corporate headquarters aspects of labor relations, employee relations and communications for Comcast’s human resources professionals responsible for servicing more than 66,000 employees in its field locations. An integral part of this role involves maintaining the 40-year, high-touch culture for which the company is known and on which it prides itself. In addition, Dina also oversees talent development, succession planning, and recruiting strategies for Comcast’s cable division.
An 18-year veteran of the cable industry, Dina joined Comcast in 1994 from Monmouth Cablevision Associates. With over 20 years of Human Resources experience, Dina has held increasingly responsible positions, developing areas of expertise in staff development, employee and labor relations, and culture integration gained through various mergers and acquisitions of varying size and scope.
Dina earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Montclair State University. Dina serves on the Board of various industry and community organizations, including Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources (CTHRA), Support Center for Child Advocates and the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania’s Women’s Initiatives. Additionally, Dina actively participates as a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
