Donna Rattley Washington

​Donna Rattley Washington is the Regional Vice President of Government Affairs for the Beltway Region for Comcast. Donna’s responsibilities include management of all government and regulatory affairs, and community  investment initiatives of Comcast arising in Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia and West Virginia.  Prior to this role, Donna was  Vice President of Government Affairs for the DC Metro area and prior to that role she was General Manager of Comcast of the District.

 

Before joining Comcast, Donna was a partner at the law  firm of Cole, Raywid & Braverman, LLP, [currently Davis,  Wright & Tremaine, LLP] and has been involved in the  communications industry for more than fifteen years. Donna’s clients included some of the largest cable television and telecommunications companies in the country. She specialized in the areas telecommunications,  Internet law, franchising, right-of-way and competitive issues.

 

Donna is a third generation Washingtonian and maintains  a strong commitment to both business and civic organizations. Donna is the Chair-elect for the District of Columbia Chamber of Commerce, City Year Washington,  DC, and the national board of the National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications, the Strathmore Concert, Hall, and the Virginia Cable & Telecommunications Association.

 

Donna is a graduate of Brandeis University and Georgetown University Law Center. She has also received   a certificate in international relations from the Universite  Haute de Bretagne, Rennes, France.
