Donna Stalworth

Donna Stalworth is vice president, Infrastructure Operations & Quality Assurance, for Home Box Office, Inc., responsible for overseeing QA and architecture and engineer infrastructures for HBO GO, MAX GO and the company’s consumer web sites including HBO.com.  She was named to this position in January 2013.

Stalworth joined HBO’s Information Technology group in 2000 as director, Web Technologies, and promoted to vice president, Web Technologies, in 2007, where she managed the infrastructure and content delivery systems for HBO’s intranet, business to business and consumer facing web sites. 

Prior to HBO, Stalworth was lead technical architect at Philip Morris headquarters, from 1992 to 2000, responsible for overseeing content delivery management systems, infrastructure administration, intranet and internet systems and disaster recovery.  From 1986 to 1992, she worked as assistant vice president, Datacom Support, at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, managing the Help Desk and Technical Support groups.  She has also held various technical positions throughout her career which began in 1978 at the Cambridge Book Company.

Stalworth is a member of the National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and Black Women of Influence.  She is also a graduate of NAMIC’s Executive Leadership Development Program.

Stalworth holds a BA in Music from York College and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
