Earllette Frye

Earllette began her career in cable advertising 5 years ago after joining Cox Media as Manager, Sales Automation.  In her initial role she was responsible for the deployment of their enterprise wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, the deployment of their Marketing Automation system and co-leading an initiative for creating a structural approach to organizational change.  In 2014 Earllette was promoted to Director, Process Improvements for which her primary day to day responsibilities are inclusive of programmatic sales operations and partner account management.   

 

Since joining Cox Media, Earllette’s leadership qualities have been recognized by being named to Cox’s 2012 Emerging Leaders program as a leader to watch and by receiving the 2013 Cox Media Excellence – Team Award.  In addition to her role at Cox Media, Earllette serves on the Cox Community Task Force, which brings forth volunteer opportunities with Habitat for Humanity, Empty Stocking Fund and Ronald McDonald House for Cox employees.  She also serves as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for Brownies & Juniors in Stone Mountain, Ga. 

 

Prior to joining Cox Media, Earllette gained a wealth of knowledge through her roles as a Business Analyst for IBM Internet Security Systems and as a Manager for Accenture Consulting.  Earllette is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Savannah State University in Savannah, GA where she earned a Bachelor of Business in Computer Information Systems in 2003. 

 

Earllette currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia and enjoys taking fitness classes, cooking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
