Eileen Murphy is the Director of Program Management for Comcast Business. Eileen’s current role includes defining, developing, and delivering the business roadmap and software platforms for cross functional teams throughout Comcast Business. She serves as a passionate voice for the user community as well as business liaison to the software development organization. Eileen and her team are responsible for the system development methodologies, UAT, training, and internal communications.
Eileen’s Comcast Business career started in 2009 and spans time in the region, the division, and Headquarters. Her experience working in a variety of different organizations provided an invaluable opportunity to learn the business from the inside out.
She began her telecommunications career when she joined Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) in 2000 as an inbound sale rep. Eileen has been promoted to roles of increasing responsibility, including Business Readiness Testing, Training and Sales Operations.
Eileen holds a BA in Business Administration and lives in Philadelphia with her husband. She is an avid foodie and sports nut. Her spare time is filled with friends, family, and laughter.
