Elissa Henry is Managing Director of Client Solutions at Time Warner Cable Media. Elissa leads a team responsible for the strategic development, execution and optimization of omni-screen solutions for key accounts. As a leader of the Client Solutions team, Elissa focuses on four mid-size markets including Cleveland, Charlotte, Raleigh and Greensboro plus enterprise-wide digital initiatives. As a strategic partner to sales, Elissa provides insights on media landscape, competitors, emerging media trends, campaign development, post campaign analytics, audience insights and digital integration.
Since arriving at Time Warner Cable Media, Elissa has led an enterprise-wide initiative to evaluate and solve internal digital integration challenges. Elissa also led the development and training of a scalable approach for integrating digital solutions into client recommendations.
Prior to joining Time Warner Cable Media, Elissa gained over 9 years of experience at Marcus Thomas Advertising Agency in Cleveland, Ohio where she held positions in the Media department. At the agency, she worked on various clients across industries including healthcare, education, state lottery and home improvement. Elissa was an adjunct professor at Kent State University for 4 years, where she developed the Media Planning course curriculum for the School of Journalism and mentored graduating seniors on interviewing, resume development and transition into the professional workforce.
Elissa currently resides with her husband and daughter in Cleveland, Ohio. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and cooking. Elissa is a graduate of the Bowling Green State University, and holds a Digital Media Sales Certification from the Interactive Advertising Bureau.
